She recently co launched Black Corner – a black owner business directory, marketing, and mentoring support platform.

Davina Barker is Digital Cinema Media’s (DCM) Sales Director, and oversees the company’s agency sales team to generate new and incremental revenues, as well as developing DCM’s relationships with media agencies across the UK. Her primary mission is to drive sustainable long-term growth and prove cinema’s unique value as part of an advertiser’s multi-media schedule and deliver DCM’s plans to align cinema with other AV media channels. Davina was honoured as a member of The Media Leader’s inaugural Future 100 Club in 2022.

Ravleen has worked across both Agency and Media Owner side in her 20+ year career in Digital Advertising. Currently Ravleen is the Regional Vice President of Microsoft Advertising Sales in the UK. In 2021 she was recognised as the UK’s Asian Woman of Achievement in Business. She is a thought leader and spokesperson for one of the world’s leading technology companies, Microsoft Advertising UK, and uses the platform to drive better diversity and inclusion within the company and the wider UK industry of digital media

Jacqueline has more than 17 years of media & technology experience. She joined PubMatic in 2014 and quickly moved up the career ladder, being appointed to Vice President, Customer Success, EMEA in February 2022. She is responsible for the strategic leadership of the EMEA customer success team that supports PubMatic’s publisher clients. A key focus for Boakye is helping to drive the adoption of PubMatic’s omnichannel solutions.

Richard Bon is the Managing Director of Clear Channel UK & Commercial Lead for Programmatic across Clear Channel Europe. Clear Channel is one of the largest outdoor media and infrastructure businesses. He joined Clear Channel back in 2000 and subsequently progressed through various roles in the marketing, planning, trading & commercial departments and now sits on the company’s European ExCo Board. Dan has been at Omnicom since 2012 and has overall responsibility for Omnicom Media Group in the UK which includes industry leading agencies Hearts & Science, MG OMD, OMD UK and PHD. OMG UK employs over 1800 people in the UK and was awarded Campaign's Diverse Inclusive Workplace in 2023. Dan is the Chair of Media Smart in the UK, the advertising industry education programme to build media literacy and career awareness among young people in the UK.

Fatima runs the Digital Sales, Sponsorship Sales and Commercial Creative Team at Channel 4. Having worked in Broadcast Media Sales, Ad Tech and Media Agency, she has a unique perspective on the TV and Streaming landscape in the UK. She is delighted to find her home at Channel 4, where she can drive diversity and inclusion with the MEFA partnership.

Phil started his career in TV sales before moving agency side as a TV Buyer. He spent the majority of his agency life at MediaCom, working there for 19 years and holding the roles of Head of TV, Head of Investment and Chief Commercial Strategy Officer. Phil moved to Ocean in 2019 as Joint Managing Director and became UK CEO in January 2023.

Sharon Lloyd Barnes is the Commercial Director and Inclusion Lead for the Advertising Association. Previously, she ran magazine ad sales teams in London and New York before co-founding The Drive Partnership, a business development consultancy. In 2000, Sharon co-founded a school for autistic children, now called Beyond Autism, which supports children from most London boroughs from pre-school to college.

Lucy excels in general management, comms, brand strategy, and planning. She has worked in senior marketing roles across media over the last 15 years, her current day job is at dentsu as a creative, strategic and enthusiastic global brand director. In her volunteer time, she has been part of the Outvertising organisation for over 5 years, with the last 2 as Joint CEO. In that time she has worked tirelessly with the team of brilliant volunteers that make it all happen to help increase Outvertising’s size and influence enormously.

Sajeeda Merali joined the PPA as CEO in 2021, with an agenda to transform the way the PPA represents and supports its 300+ UK multi-media business members, consumer magazine publishers, business-to-business data and information providers, customer magazine publishers and smaller independents. A strategic leader with 20 years’ experience in the publishing industry, Sajeeda has held senior positions with both B2B and consumer-facing organisations, with extensive experience in change management and strategy development.

Dino Myers-Lamptey is the Founder of The Barber Shop, a strategy-led creative company that aims to solve the biggest business problems through data, distribution and disruptive ideas. They work with businesses that are driven by a purpose and which strive to enrich culture through the pleasure that they bring. Their clients include Odeon, Triumph, TikTok and Parkinson’s UK. Dino is Co-Chair of CAN (Conscious Advertising Network), an NED for MGOMD and is also a board member of the UK Effies, Marketing Society.

Sarah Parkes is Group Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Talon, leading new business and marketing internationally, a key member of the board responsible for driving Talon’s global growth. She has over 25 years of media experience previously holding board positions at Hearst Corp, Primesight and founded Airport Media. Sarah also runs a number of her own businesses across the Media and Hospitality industry alongside a private consultancy specialising in start-ups and EIS investments.

Bhav started his career as a TV buyer at Mindshare in 2005 and then then went onto hold more senior roles at MEC and then Dentsu where he become their Head of Investment. In 2017 he moved to Sky in a client-side role and is currently their Director of Media for UK & Europe. He works on a number of initiatives to ensure that as one of UK’s biggest advertisers, Sky are using their voice to champion D&I.

Nishma Patel Robb, Senior Director, Brand and Reputation Marketing, Google and President of WACl (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership) Nishma is known to be one of the UK’s top marketing leaders and a great champion for representation and inclusion in our industry. She is a visionary, a storyteller and a pioneering creative thinker and all round geek! At Google she has pioneered how marketing and technology can play a critical role in addressing societal inequalities.

Harjot Singh is an award-winning advertising executive with a proven, global track record spanning 6 countries across 3 continents. Most drawn to people shaped by their interest in constant discovery, learning and open mindedness, Harjot is unwavering in his belief that creativity is the world’s most powerful resource. For over 25 years, Harjot has held senior, management roles in North America, Asia, and Europe, working with some of the most well-known creative agencies in the world.

Gideon Spanier has been UK editor-in-chief of Campaign since 2020, after joining as head of media in 2015 to cover media owners, agencies and brands. He previously worked as a business journalist for the London Evening Standard, The Times and The Independent and started his career at CNN in London. Gideon is also a vice-chair of the British Society of Magazine Editors and a non-executive director of Creative UK.

Maya Tank currently holds the role of Senior Client Partner at DoubleVerify, representing Omnicom Media Group UK. Maya is also responsible for driving DV’s membership of Media For All (MEFA) and was also 2022 Female Frontiers Honouree

Sue Todd joined NABS as CEO in April of 2022 following a varied 25 years with well known brands from across the sector. She was most recently the CEO of Magnetic Media, the marketing body for the UK’s magazine industry, but previously ran her own brand and culture consultancy, Wonder, which supported businesses such as MEC (now Wavemaker), Channel 4, Primesight ( now Global Outdoor) and Grey advertising with transformation & cultural change briefs to maximise employee and business potential.

Hannah is Director of Culture at Global, accountable for Purpose, Internal communications, D&I and Engagement. A passionate, creative and innovative leader. With a varied background from Retail, Customer service, Communications, Brand, Strategy, HR and Marketing. Most recently she is working with businesses to develop their culture by helping them to discover, launch and embed their Purpose and strategy.

Jane formerly led the Hearst Solutions commercial team across Hearst UK’s 20 iconic brands, as well as Hearst Global Solutions, the international commercial division, based in London. Hearst Solutions delivers premium content solutions and experiences through data-driven insight. Jane was responsible for maximising revenues across all commercial areas : Branded Content, Display, Experiences, Licensing, Accreditation and she also oversaw the commercial strategy, research & insight team.
